Throughout the two weeks of Wimbledon, the new kid on the block, The Black Lamb, will be sporting their set lunch menu. Between 27th June and 10th July, the menu will be available to enjoy for £35 pp which includes 5 courses of summery, British deliciousness.
First serve will be our ‘Over The Net’ cocktail, using our homemade strawberry steeped vodka as the base, topped with a strawberry, basil and pomegranate mixer. Accompanying this will be our signature Mushroom Marmite Eclairs and a Smoked Mackerel Cornetto. Up next, we have a Tempura Courgette Flower and a Seabream Tartare followed by Pork Chop with Apricot and Thyme Compote. To finish, our take on the classic Strawberries and Cream; Strawberry Jelly with Set Cream, Ginger Syrup, Mint Oil topped with Meringue.
